These services are delivered in the cloud for fast, scalable deployment and a high ROI. The company’s global network of 53 operating centers in 33 countries has dedicated local support teams to service its 42,000 customers.
In order to expand his online services offer in EMEA, Arkadin is looking for a Community Manager who will be responsible for leveraging the engagement of Arkadin Online services community on its social channels. The successful candidate will be a digital-born social media expert with excellent writing skills. She/he will have to be a pure team player and ensure the synergy of marketing activities through social media in order to improve brand awareness & strengthen demand generation.
Mission
KEY RESULTS AREAS

Setup Arkadin Online main social channels.
- Maintain growth of our 4 main KPIs: traffic, reach, engagement and community.
- Liaise with content stakeholders in order to scope, plan and publish content on social channels.
- Engage with the community and potential influencers.
- Report on social performance.
 
KEY TASKS
 
Build new accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube and a specific blog for the new Arkadin Online Brand.

Work with internal content stakeholders and an external agency to build a content roadmap.

Revise and approve all content to be posted on our social channels (created by the social media agency or internally).

Plan content publications using a social automation tool (HootSuite in our case).

Overlook all discussions about Arkadin Online from all social platforms including forums or external websites.

Answer questions, react to comments & initiate dialogue with our social community.

Align with key initiatives, themes being developed and programs being launched. Identify and engage with influencers in our industry/area. Build dashboards and provide reporting on our social performance with a focus on traffic, reach, engagement and community growth.

Ease existing clients journey while contacting us form social media, leveraging cross-channels.
Act as the Social Media expert for all Arkadin Online EMEA marketing projects, making sure social media are widely used to support brand awareness and demand generation.

TECHNICAL/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

Native English speaker

Deep understanding of Digital Presence in a B2B tech landscape

Expert skills with LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube features

Excellent skills with managing a blog (WordPress in our case)

Experience in working with a social media agency

Good analytical skills including Google Analytics & HootSuite Strong reporting skills

Experience in running social ads campaigns (LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, Facebook Lead Ads)
 
Compétences informatiques
Basic skills using Photoshop would be appreciated for social posts graphic materials.
